CityPulse is a modern marketplace platform built to connect tourists with local experiences in Split, Croatia. The platform allows users to explore, book, and interact with different types of services including tours, taxis, and restaurants — all in one place. What We Built We designed and developed the entire platform from scratch using Bubble, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. Key functionalities include: • Dual booking system (instant booking & request-based approval) • Structured listing system for tours, taxis, and restaurants • Advanced filtering with categories and tags • Admin dashboard for full platform management • Payment flow with conditional charging logic • Mobile-friendly responsive design Key Features Flexible Booking System Users can instantly book public tours or request private tours that require approval before payment. Multi-Type Listings The platform supports different business types with customized structures for each (tours, taxis, restaurants). Smart Payment Flow For private bookings, payments are only captured after approval, improving trust and conversion. Admin Control Panel Admins can manage listings, approve bookings, and control the platform efficiently. Our Approach Instead of traditional development, we used a no-code approach to: • Reduce development time • Lower overall cost • Deliver a working MVP faster • Allow easy future scalability We focused on building a strong foundation that can expand into multiple cities.
