    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the EdonyDev website (edony.dev) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Services

    EdonyDev provides custom software development services including, but not limited to:

    • AI-powered application development
    • Custom SaaS platform development
    • Customer portal and marketplace development
    • Internal tools and business systems
    • Web and mobile app development

    Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements between EdonyDev and the client.

    3. Client Obligations

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
    • Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
    • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
    • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
    • Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide

    4. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • All custom code and deliverables created for a project are transferred to the client upon full payment
    • EdonyDev retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary tools developed during the project
    • EdonyDev may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise
    • Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of the original owner

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. General terms include:

    • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement
    • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement
    • EdonyDev reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding payments
    • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any information designated as confidential.

    7. Warranties and Disclaimers

    EdonyDev warrants that:

    • Services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards
    • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed-upon specifications

    However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet every specific expectation not outlined in the project agreement. Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdonyDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate a service agreement as outlined in the specific project contract. In general:

    • Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the project agreement
    • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed
    • EdonyDev will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment

    10. Website Use

    When using our website, you agree not to:

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
    • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
    • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
    • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.

    12. Changes to Terms

    EdonyDev reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
