Daily Build is a construction reporting and project management platform designed to help construction companies streamline daily operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance team collaboration. We built a custom system that allows field teams and project managers to manage daily reports, track progress, and communicate efficiently across projects. The platform enables foremen to easily create daily reports directly from the field, including work completed, team attendance, hours worked, and site updates. These reports are then reviewed and managed by project managers, ensuring full visibility and control over project activity. Daily Build centralizes all project data in one place, eliminating the need for manual reporting, spreadsheets, and scattered communication. Key capabilities include: • Creation of daily construction reports with detailed work logs • Time tracking for workers, including hours and breaks • Project-based organization with clear reporting structure • PDF report generation for sharing with stakeholders • Role-based system (Admin, Project Manager, Foreman) • Centralized communication and document management The platform is built to be simple, mobile-friendly, and practical for real-world usage on construction sites, where speed and ease of use are critical.
