REAL FENCING

Project Overview

Real Fencing previously managed their leads manually using Airtable, where every new fencing request from their website had to be reviewed and assigned to local installers. This process was time-consuming, inefficient, and made it difficult to track job progress across multiple installers. To solve this, we designed and developed a custom lead management and automation platform that centralizes the entire workflow. We started by creating a clean and intuitive UI/UX in Figma, followed by building a fully functional web application in Bubble. The system integrates directly with Airtable, ensuring that every new lead submitted through the website is automatically synced into the platform. Once a lead is received, it is intelligently routed to the appropriate installers based on location. Each installer has access to their own pipeline, where they can manage incoming leads, send quotes, and track the progress of each job from start to completion. The platform eliminates the need for manual lead distribution, reduces response time, and creates a structured workflow for both the company and its installers. With all communication and tracking happening in one place, Real Fencing can now operate more efficiently and scale their operations without increasing manual workload. This solution demonstrates how automation and custom systems can transform traditional, manual processes into streamlined and scalable operations.
