Project Overview

Reingredia is a privacy-first B2B marketplace built for the Flavour & Fragrance industry, designed to modernize how companies trade raw materials globally. The platform allows businesses to anonymously buy and sell ingredients, helping them monetize surplus inventory and fulfill urgent spot requirements without exposing sensitive operational data. We developed a complete end-to-end system where Buyers can post requirements and Sellers can list available materials, all while remaining fully anonymous until a deal is confirmed. The platform includes a structured negotiation flow with offers and counter-offers, along with a unique SAS (Subject to Approval of Sample) process, allowing Buyers to request and approve samples before finalizing a transaction. A key focus of the platform is data privacy and security. Company identities are revealed only after deal acceptance, and all communication and document sharing are protected with watermarking and strict PII controls. The system also includes anonymous in-platform messaging, secure document handling, and role-based access control. From a business perspective, we implemented a robust commission and billing system, where transactions are tracked and invoiced monthly, along with support for subscription plans and promotional listing boosts. The admin panel provides full control over company verification, marketplace moderation, financial tracking, and advanced analytics. Additionally, the platform is designed with scalability in mind, including features such as multi-batch deal handling, advanced filtering and search (by CAS number, category, and region), and real-time marketplace insights. We also integrated AI-powered tools to assist users with content creation, categorization, and data structuring.
